@yoda5084 I agree to your point. What I am saying is, even before this CAA amendment, Indian Government could give citizenship to all the Hindus, Sikh, Buddhist coming from Pakistan, Bangladesh or Afganistan. This law was created to fuel the Hindu Muslim divisive politics. It was nothing to do with persecuted Hindu in Pakistan or Bangladesh.

@yoda5084 yes, they can protest. But what happened in Shaheen baagh? They were protesting peacefully. Many are facing UAPA for peaceful protest. This is use of brute power by government. Tomorrow if congress comes into power, they will use the UAPA almost in the same manner as BJP does. Actually they r the one who created this UAPA law. So as citizens we have to be on our toe. People should be in opposition against any government. At the end of 5 years, we can go and vote for the same government. That is everyone right and it is fine. Power is very dangerous thing. It corrupts even the best of us. So it must be kept in check by common people in democracy.

@vm3306 Der is one idiom in Hindi, "Budhdhi se Bair Hona". Seems suitable for you. Atleast apply your mind before giving any judgement. Hindu or Muslim, Illegal or not, it is going to harass only poors. Even if Hindu gets the citizenship by somehow, they will have to go to each Government office for 5-10 years to prove that. It will be an harassment of poors. However lets take few cases - I am a Hindu. I am saying I came from Pakistan bcz of persecution. I didn't have any ID proof to establish me as a Pakistani. Will I get citizenship using CAA? Another case. I am a Hindu in Tamilnadu. I am poor and lost my everything in 2004 Tsunami. My family was killed too. I lost all my belongings. As I was alive, I applied for my IDs in 2015 but I don't have any of my parents ID. I got my ID as some sarpanch has vouched for me. How will I prove my citizenship?

Your argument is somewhat true but dee r religiously persecuted muslims in Pakistan. For example, Shia, Ahmadia, Hazara, etc. They r killed in Pakistan bcz if der believe. Ahmadia are not even allowed to read Qur'an in public. They will be punished to death for doing so. But it is not a matter of other countries. It is to see what we are becoming day by day. Who is stopping government to give citizenship to all Hindus, Sikh coming from Pakistan to give citizenship. They can do it today even without this CAA amendment. Also what about Hindus coming after 2014? I don't think Hindu persecution is ended in Pakistan in 2014. This law is created just to create division in India and nothing more. Also, people of India are bot bothered about CAA. When Mota Bhai said, CAA+ NRC, then it is problematic. Simple solution is - Government has Aadhar, voter card. They can verify it and if someone doesn't have this they can take action on those people only or on those who have used corrupt means to make these documents. Isn't it simple? But it will not give Hindu Muslim headline.

You are trying to look unbiased, but it doesn't seem like that from ur comments. Seems like you are either current government supporter or Muslim hater. They were people of India. Der religion was islam and they were protesting peacefully against a law, which was der constitutional right. Also, how a peaceful protest will be done? It will block some Road, some park, some area. By the way, for your info, the road was half blocked. Only one side was used by protesters. Police has blocked the other half. If People who were using those route for travel, were facing inconvenience, the shld have asked government to solve der problem. It was government duty to resolve the issue, not the protesters.

The CAA can be discriminatory but the main problem of CAA is when it is combined with NRC. Just one scenario - If a Hindu person is not able to show some kind of ID to prove his/her origin country, he/she will not be able to get the citizenship as per CAA. This is bcz CAA gives citizenship to Hindus of Pak, Bangladesh and Afganistan. So you have to prove that you are from these countries only.

@yoda5084 Tum saari duniya ghoom rahe ho comments me. Abhi personal law par aa gaye. Ab lag raha hai ki tum Issues samjhate v ho ki bas har jagah muslims dekh lete ho aur kuchh niklate rahte ho. Fir sabaka khichadi bana dete ho. Police kisi ko murder ke liye pakde, uspe UAPA laga de, isaka personal law se kya lena den? Koi illegal aa raha hai to government ke paas kya data hai? Uspar wo kaam kyon nahi karti? Koi Mamta Banerjee to nahin kara rahi na illegal migration. Border to centre ke andar aata hai. BSF HM ko report karti hai. To roke na illegal migration ya fir hataye sabhi illegal migrants ko Bharat se, jab pata hi hai ki 2 crore hain . Waise ab Bangladesh ka per capita Bharat se jyaada hai. To wo waise bhookhe nange desh hain nahin.. bihar up se to bahut hi jyaada hai unka per capita income, pahale bhi tha. Par isala bhi UAPA se kya lena dena hai? Har cheej ko mila deni hai ek mein.. Khichadi hai kya yeh? Try to see people as people and not as Hindu Muslim. It will be better for this country. This is my last comment on this topic too. And use some common sense. It says that persecuted Hindus, sikh,etc coming from Pakistan will get the citizenship. So they have to atleast prove that they r from Pakistan. They might be coming from Srilanka or Nepal, who cannot get citizenship as per this amendment. So that's the logic. NRC - If you are not a Fake Bhakt, you will understand what Mota Bhai said in parliament about NRC. By the way, after 3 years, no rules are created for this law. What a great law it is. 😂

@vm3306 Sachhar report cannot be implemented Bcz state governments don't have money. Modi ji has implemented GST and is not sharing the money on time with states. Demonization was so great that even Modi government is not talking about it. And in the first month of demonetisation, they have issueed 4000+ notification. That's say how much they were prepared for the same. Indian economy is devastated bcz of Demonetisation. India is breaking all the records of joblessness in Modi era. But to see this, one need common sense. By the way, Pulwama, URI all happened after that. Right now cash is more in system that it was in 2016. Also, a simple common sense will be sufficient to understand that if 1000 rs note was used to store money in black then 2000 rs note will only make it simple for black money horders. By the way, check if you hv seen 2000 rs note in a while or atleast how much it's circulation reduced in the market. Donot say that government/rbi has taken much of these back.

It is the issue of process and not monetary scam as these companies cannot take any profit. What about Kanhaiya kumar case? Delhi police under Mota bhai is as incompetent as he is. And Muslims are used by congress/others in the same manner BJP is using Hindus today. So if this continues then 20 years later der will be one commitee finding the backwardness of all Hindus. This is becoming more and more useless discussion now. You are only showing your hatred/bitterness towards one community and then for Opposition parties who has already shown the door by people. In 2013, we were not asking what BJP is doing. We were asking questions from congress. We ask questions from ruling party and not from those who lost. If you come on the state politics then der will be questions from state governments on law and order, corruption. But on economic front, any state government, wheather it is BJP or Congress or TMC, they don't have enough money. They didn't have earlier too but after GST implementation they have only few sectors to earn.(Gujrat, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka,Delhi, etc are few states which have some money and income.) And GST MONEY IS NOT SHARED WITH STATES ON TIME. So I am not asking any question from state governments, neither from BJP ruled nor from Congress, AAP ruled.
