Indians are very happy with change in names of cities, being bigot, saving der respective religion by beheading or lynching, Hizab, Jhatka and Halal meat, etc. So why they will demand for better sanitation, drainage, hospitals, schools, etc. Or why any politician will do those things if people are going to vote on the name of saving der religion.
