Are you serious? Everything in Railways is a decoy by Modi government. What has the Modi government done in the last 10 years? Apart from some 20-25 odd Vande Bharat trains, what has Modi government done in railways? Suresh Prabhu promised in 2014-15 that der will be no waiting list in 2019. Now people are paying equivalent to Air Fare in railways for most of the time for worse than 3rd grade service.
