Now the Army top brass thinks that Soilders don't have any social life, other works? Not all Soilders are rich enough and most of them have to do all year's work during der leave. Also, if Soilders will become central government agents if they have to work on propagating the central government schemes. It will be bad for Army reputation as an independent organisation working for country only.
