And Rahul Gandhi and Congress had der chance to dent Modi badly in the 2017 Gujrat assembly election. They should have worked more in Gujrat and tried to bring down Modi under 90 in Gujrat but they failed. Still Congress has a chance now bcz Modi ji already got 10 years and generally Indians don't listen to excuses after 2 term government. Also, Modi's whole election narrative is utterly negative. Actually his Vishwa Guru, G20 etc claims are exaggerated but at least it could have been +ve. But he is what he is.
