A CM cannot select his/her officers, his decisions will be overridden by officers and a Chamcha LG And the CM will go to the people for the work which he was not allowed to do. Wow....

@pranjalsoni7050 First of all, centre has rights to make law. So der is not doubt about it. But whether that law is constitutional, it will be decided by SC. For me, this law is illogical and against the basic requirements for a government and it is against what SC has said in its entire judgement. And please look into things like Janta and not like any political party supporter, unless you are a party Karykarta. People have elected the Delhi Government and it will not be able to do any single task. They will not even be able to appoint an officer. And LG can override anything. So CM will go to Janta for vote and he will not able to do any work he has promised bcz LG will decide against that. So why election, why CM, why all this fasaad? Der is no use of an elected government? By the way, Cetre has even rights to amend Delhi special status and make it like Daman or Laddakh i.e. without any Assembly. They have every right to do it. And if they do it by constitutional amendment then it might be a federal structure issue, might be a question of constitutional morality but at least it will not be illogical like this one.

The waste of public money!!! It was done by Modi ji again and again. He has been trying to rule Delhi since 2016 and people are not giving him any chance. So he is coming from the backdoor to grab the power. SC has ruled against him again and again and now this ordinance/law will be scrapped by SC again. It is such an illogical bill that only Chamcha/Bhkat will give arguments for it. CM is expected but he/she will not be able to do anything but officers will do it. Then why CM? But again, you will not get this simple fact.

Bring any statement by any congress leader for this bill at any point of time. Now, Delhi voted Modi to remove the government they elected to rule them in the state??? Do you read your own statement? People have given them MPs to rule the country and not the State. If BJP would have promised this in the manifesto and then brought this bill, it would have been people's choice.
