If PM constitutes and Hold central and state government accountable then pollution control can happen. But if PM constitutes and Holds CM accountable then what is happening now will happen. It will become pure politics and Everything will be the responsibility of Nehru. Thoda Modi ji se aage badhkar desh ke liye bhi soch lo kabhi.

By the way what will happen in leap year? Also, as per Hindu calendar(Vikram samvat, generally 354 days), each year don't have 365 or 366 days.

😂😂😂 You watched the entire episode and this is ur findings?😂😂😂 According to ur logic - 1. Total 100 Crackers are used in 365 days. 2. 90 is used on Diwali and 10 across the remaining 364 days. 3. Ban on 10% which is distributed through 364 days and keep one day open when 90% crackers are used?? Genius logic. By the way, der should not be any ban on crackers anytime, obviously except for extremely dangerous ones. There should be a holistic approach for this problem and people should also take part in that.

In accordance with ur logic, I am giving my response which is absolutely at the level of this argument. What is the AQI of Delhi or any Indian city on Diwali or one day after dipawali and on other days? Isn't the AQI the worst these days? So image thay AQI of Delhi was 20 before Dipawali after all the measures taken by all governments, what will be the AQI of Delhi on and a day after dipawali? Will it not be 320? Are you willing to pay the subsidy to farmers or the price for replacement of stubble burning? If yes, ask your favourite government, which is obviously Modi ji, to pay the 80-90% of the price to states. If he wants to make a difference, ask him to pay 100% of the subsidy. Don't u think that if he is making those laws, he should pay the money too? The old farm Law is scrapped. He can bring a new law where he will say, the central government will pay the money for "not burning" the stubble. I am giving u the guarantee that no one will oppose this law. Will Modi ji do that?

@AmalTan If u see my first line in the above comment, I said that my response is in the same category of the main comment. Actually I agree with u and that was the whole point in this CTC. The government needs to take a holistic approach and they must act above politics. The Indian state and central government under different parties has done this before. They need to look into many things and this all saga on Dipawali is a complete "bail ki tatti". The same is Odd even. For stopping this stubble burning issue, governments need to pay. They have to make it beneficial for farmers to not burn the stubbles. The same way, construction, road cleaning, factories, etc need to have better regulation. All coal tanduri need to be removed and electricity one can be used. But the main thing will be planting more and more trees. Not allowing Aravali to become the playground of Construction Mafia, planting more trees where it was destroyed in Aravali, creating a buffer green zone between Thar and main population land(this has already started I think), etc. Finally, It must become a political issue in elections.

@AmalTan By the way, I am not using Patakha in Dipawali since I was 14. I realised that it is suffocating to use it. But next year I will buy some for my Child. He was too young to burn crackers this year. Also, I am against any Ban. Not even a ban on any books, alcohol, Pan Masala, etc. FYI, I don't drink or smoke. However, People of Delhi or any city with high pollution should think about burning Patakha, coal, etc on personal level too. And I think people were doing this. They were burning less Parakha but then our Great SC and green tribunal came. If u ban anything in India, people will take it otherwise and do anything to defy the ban. So banning the Crackers was the worst decision in this case. Also, why would a child not enjoy crackers? They cannot stop enjoying things because their parents or previous generation has destroyed the air quality.

@AmalTan Yes. Also If Government will do something substantial to clean the air, people of India are wise enough to support that and then government will not have to do anything else. People will automatically reduce cracker burning. The problem is, none of the government, Kejariwal or Modi is doing anything and they are expecting people to do everything.
