@VikasKumar-iq8df That logic is explained in this video. Also you don't award students who have failed miserably in der class. Bihar and UP have failed miserably and it should not be awarded for that. It will be terrible for India and Indian population control measures.

@uditpant6472 So you are saying that if people of some region is doing good for country then they should be punished? First of all, who has elected these governments? People of Bihar and UP, isn't it? So we are equally responsible for these mess. We have elected congress, RJD, BJP and JDU in all combinations but we have never asked questions. Thats the problem. Also, in any democracy the most important thing is who is having more say in electing goverment. So if we reward bad governance, we are going to get one. If by any means, UP and Bihar are rewarded for high population and bad governance then whole India will become that mess. No goverment will implement better population control in der states.

@surajs5913 "Does same logic applied to poor vs rich" First of all both these are completely different things. So all logics cannot be applied everywhere. Now, States are der for governance. All state has resources, atleast resources to educate people, give medical facilities and make them aware of the good things. Orissa is not a rich state. They have done that. Same for west Bengal. Even UP is performing better than Bihar. So it is all about governance. Bihari has selected der goverment all the time. So We have to also take this responsibility. And here everyone is opposing that donot reward UP and Bihar for der bad governance. They are not punishing. They are not asking for extra share in government for themselves for becoming toppers. They are just saying don't decrease my share in government bcz I have done better. How hard it is to understand? Giving subsidy to poors - Goverment is not saying that I will stop Tata from earning money or penalize Tata for earning money and give subsidy to poor. Here government is giving money to poor for der betterment without harming the prospect of Tata. If government will say that I will take 90% tax from Tata and give subsidy to poor then it will be like punisheing the better performing children. Also Government gives subsidy to poors and that should work as a base for any family. If they donot want to work and remains poors, even if government tries to provide them some job, lets say MNEREGA then it is on them, not on goverment. Government can bring that if you are able bodied person and not taking MNAREGA Jobs for 150 days in year, then you will not be provided any benifits. If government is not able to provide the jobs to that person then it is government problem.

Bro/Sis you will get only 20 seats and Bihar will get 80 seats after delimitation. If he/she asks for a reason then you explain them that. Bro/Sis, Bcz you have followed family planning, done better governance, not grown your population in last 50 years and Bihar has done everything badly, increased the population and hence will get more say in forming goverment. And also tell them, if you continue like this,then in next 50 years, we will not need your votes, even votes of any south Indian states to form a government. Actually we will need vote of only 5-6 worst performing states like UP, Bihar, Jharkhand,MP, Rajsthan, Chhattisgarh and will able to get more than 50% of Loksabha seats. So even if you have voting rights, your vote doesn't matter. However thanks for doing better implementation of family planning. Good Job there.keep doing it until you didn't matter. 😂😂😂

@uditpant6472 wow.😲 You are deeply troubled by the fact that a state will have the same amount of say in Indian democracy as it used to have earlier. But you are happy to reduce the same for Southern India, Western India and most of eastern India? Why bcz you are one of the beneficiary? Any state say in parliament, der whole strength in parliament must remain same. It should not increase whatever may be the reason. Your formula is - Increase population so that you can increase your number of seats and hence say in government formation. Even if it is detrimental for India as a whole. So all states will try to encourage people to increase population and hence destroy India in a long run. Great👍 One fun fact for you. When Goa was allocated 2 seats,at that time too they were few people per MP, same for Laddakh or North East states. So no constitutional crisis, equality crisis, judicial crisis or any other kind of crisis happened at that time. Bcz it is not how equality works. Justice cannot be blind, Der should be fairness in justice. This is a fair solution where no one will feel cheated, punished unfairly for doing the right things, or rewarded undeservingly. @VikasKumar-iq8df Allocation of LS seats determine most important thing in any democracy - The power to elect government of your choice. Allocation of funds etc are trivial matters. Also, Indian government allocates funds based on population and other details, not on number of MPs. Even if it does now, it can always be changed by making a category for these type of states and give them additional funds.

@uditpant6472 Also, adding to previous comment, Your understanding of democratic Rights is wrong. All of us will get one vote, whatever is our background. Number of Loksabha seats provided to any state is based on grouping. Its state. States will be getting same proportion of seats which they have since 1971, nothing more nor less. Although my suggestion will be awarding 1 extra LS seat to those states who has achieved 2.1 or below before 2011. This will encourage other states for good governance.

@VikasKumar-iq8df Arrey yaar!!! Why it is so hard for you to understand simple things? Indian government announced a population control policy. This is state policy for all to follow to regulate population. Few states done great and few didn't care. Now who should be punished? those who implemented a Policy better or those who are failure? We must be clear on the fact that, those who has done better must never be punished. So Southern and easter states(TN, Kerla,Andhra, Karnataka,Odisa ,Wb,etc) must not be punished for better implementation. Also, Noone should be rewarded for bad governance. Bihar, UP, etc must not be rewarded for der bad governance. Now about punishment for Bihar,UP,etc - They are not getting punished. Only thing is they r not provided additional benifits for the incompetence. Nothing more. It will not be Just/fair to better performing states if Bihar, UP will get extra seats and in turn have more say in forming goverment. All that for der failure in doing der jobs. It will be like give awards to failed students and punish toppers. If you can not understand this simple logic, then I am sorry.

@uditpant6472 Where is the equality of people comes? Everyone in India will get one vote. If a Bihari leave Bihar and goto Kerala, he will get one vote. Small states are adminstrative solution, not the representation solution. And you don't even understand that MP's are not administrator. They are law makers. They represent a section of people to raise der concerns. Today also, A MP from Patna or Delhi or Mumbai is representing 15-20 lakhs voters but an MP from Laddakh or Goa or Kerala is representing only 4-5 Lakhs. So after keeping the ratio of current seats to total number of parliament setas per state constant, the same thing will happen. This will happen bcz they have not controlled der population. In Kerala, say 4 lakhs people will be represented by 1 MP but in Bihar 4.5 Lakhs or 5 Lakhs people will be represented by a MP. Where is the issue of inequality? It can happen that MP from Bihar can be given 1 crore extra as he is representing more people. This type of adjustments can be done

When someone is saying, jisaki jitani hissedaari, usaki utani bhagedari.. It is for social and economic models. It is for the discrimination done over the centuries. The Constitution has provided equal voting rights for everyone and der was no discrimination against anyone as per the voting rights. The south has done good and seats should be assigned in a manner such that the current proportion of seats are maintained. Example - Tamilnadu current 39/545 should be maintained after the increase in number of seats.

@Krish29125 That's the whol point. We should not punish anyone for doing good things and award someone for bad work. That is why every time this issue came, it was moved forward. But now, der should be some formula. A simple formula can be, The current ratio of a state seats to total number of seats should be maintained after the increase in seats. Example - 39/545 should be maintained for Tamilnadu and hence the new ratio of seats can be like 78/1090.
