  1. I agree that Rahul Gandhi and Congress should now start claiming other positives from this election. Modi was defeated and it is done now. If you keep claiming this, then it will become repetitive. I alos agree with Kerala should be handed to Tharoor and Assam to Tarun Gogoi. Bihar should be handed to Pappu yadav to work on the ground and RJD should be managed by Rahul and Priyanka. Congress should start creating/empowering leaders.
