Bcz India has lost land in 1962 during Nehru times, hence It is OK for Modi government to lose land and PM can publically endorsed what China is saying?

@chandankumarchand6686 Sikkim, Goa, etc become part of India during congress era. Pakistan was broken into two, during congress era. Modi has just said, no land has been taken by China which was used by Chinese against India in entire world. If no land was lost, if noone came under Indian territory,then why this Galwan stand-off is happening. Is Modi saying Indian forces went into Chinese claimed territory?

@chandankumarchand6686 Do u even understand Nehruvian policy? Obviously he has done some mistakes and he was no god. But as a first PM, he was best thing happened to India. I use to think that 5 years back about Nehru and then I read about him, things he has done and the real condition of India, challenges India was facing at that time and the world wanted to see India has a failed nation,etc. Just read about him,his polices, things he has done, world politics at that time, internal challenges of India, etc. He has failed in 1962 only bcz he believed China and Modi has made same mistake. Nehru knew Chinese history and he shld hv not taken Chinese words on face value. But he thaught that bcz they hv suffered from Japan imperialism,they will be friends with India. He proved wrong. Kashmir was not his mistake. Cabinet has approved that and India doesn't have any option other than going to UN. Even Mukharjee was in that cabinet. And he said that it was painful but necessary decision under those circumstances. However it can be scrutinized that if India had any other option at that point of time. One more thing which u will find hard to imagine. Kashmir is with India, bcz of Nehru. Patel and for that matter other Indian leaders were not keen on keeping a muslim majority state with India. Only Nehru wanted to keep Kashmir with India bcz of national security reason and also his emotional belongings to Kashmir. When Jinnah acted in Hyderabad to make it part of Pakistan, then only Sardar patel came onboard on Keeping kashmir with India. Read about it and u will understand.

@prmohanoneplus1714 I think it is quite simple to answer it. What happened in 1947,1960,1980,1990,2000,2010,etc, Right or Wrong, cannot be an excuse for doing things today. Many things which were right at that point of time can be wrong and vice versa. U hv to learn from past and take an action based on ur current situation and future benefits. It is as simple as that.

@prmohanoneplus1714 😂😂😂😂😂 I just hv to say this much to someone who doesn't know history, geography, social conditions, economic conditions or for that matter anything else but prism of Nahru and Modi Bhakti. Seems like Bhakti of someone else is compelling you to say this. Just check the India inherited by Modi in 2014 and India inherited by Nehru in 1947. I will suggest you to read some books. You sounded like me of 2014-15, when I hv not read anything about Nehru and was critic of Nehru bcz what he has done in 1962. Please read Indian development history, atleast economic development one. And also compare the development of India in last 22 years and you will see how Modi government is worst performing one on almost all the parameters.
