So if I am a hypothetical gay Ugandan with relatives in England fleeing persecution I guess I could either make a tortuous and expensive journey to France and risk my life crossing the channel, only to be deported to Rwanda, or... make a shorter journey to Rwanda and get deported to England? Have I got that right?
