Resource wealth may not help in building a stable Nation ( Eg Niger), but a people well educated and with rational progressive mind can build a stable and an advanced Nation (Eg. Singapore).

@sankalp6872 People of Israel were a industrious, intelligent people even before coming together to form a Nation. Wish we were as industrious a people like Israel. We Indians work very hard abroad but not when in our country. Wonder why?
