Evacuation of our students from Ukraine was expedited only after pressure from people on the Government to evacuate the students. The ruling party supporters & the press leaning towards the ruling party were blaming the students for not moving out of Ukraine early enough. It is a foremost duty of any country's government to protect each and every citizen of it's country, within the Nation or abroad.

@journeysinamerica8763 It is the duty of the Government to take care of each & every citizen. That's why they were voted in. If praise is to come it has to come from the students & their families. BJP are more busy praising themselves, than doing their job. Example after the Covid 2nd wave debacle our PM goes about placing his photo on the Vaccine Certificate!

@journeysinamerica8763 Yes, Politicians will do this selfmarketing... but we the people have to be aware and point this out and keep the Ruling party in check (be it any political party) or else this will no longer be a DEMOCRACY but will slide into an complacent Government or worse a DICTATORSHIP!
