@Snitram19 it's the conspiracy of a conspiracy theory that climate change isn't caused by released giga tonnes of chemicals into the fragile atmosphere by greedy fossil fuel industries, and instead there's an atmospheric radio monitoring lab that's actually controlling all weather in the world because of population control and new world order and it has something to do with globalists that isn't a replacement for Jewish conspiracy theories, and selling water is something the uber rich will be doing to make profit in a system they're going to collapse anyway?

what, the water trading that was bound to happen with amoral free market trading, betting on water shortages that have been predicted for at least a decade and a half as a result of climate change? It's a conspiracy of a conspiracy to make you feel like you can't and don't have to do anything.

@JustAnotherNinetiesKid weather manipulation is waaay overstated by nwo conspiracy types. The most we can do is cloud seed if there's already moisture in the air, or inadvertently create heat island areas with cities and cars and ac units, or affect rainfall patterns with deforestation in rainforest. Not on the scale of the whole "haarp is diverting the gulf stream to cause a record heatwave". Unfortunately, this is just one of the expected consequences of global climate change - more extreme and unpredictable weather.

and there's been massive flooding in south korea, australia and austin. it's going to be harder and harder to predict established weather patterns.
