  1. I work in real estate, and did so during the last big crash. Here's what I witnessed. Firsthand... People who had money (liquid or invested), who did not like Obama (for whatever reason) - they froze their spending. No new investments, little to no spending etc. They were afraid, so decided to just wait it out until Obama left the WH. When Trump came in, those people relaxed their purse strings, hot back into buying, investing. Etc. No matter who is in the Oval office, people have to have confidence in them in order to freely spend & invest. It's as much mental and emotional as it is financial
