So it was neutral all the way into 2015 - 1 year into russian aggression. Yanukovich was elected partly on promises of integration to EU and changed his mind literally few days before singing this agreement with EU. And just before that, be traveled to russia to get paid by putin. But in any case, Ukraine was neutral and even Yanukovich was elected partly on the promise to take Ukraine where it's heading now - so called "West"

  12. No. Agreement states that there should be elections. Since this is all Ukraine (as started in the agreement), elections - naturally - must be held per Ukrainian laws. Hence, allow all Ukrainian parties, campaigns, TV, etc. That was rejected by Russia. Facts are clear - russia was under sanctions, not Ukraine

It's the SAME people living in Donbass and Kiev, for God's sake! And Donbass is not a "zone" but a highly populated industrialized territory (at least it used to be). Learn basic facts or at least look at the map before spewing nonsense
