  1. Law enforcement needs to stop victimizing homeless, mentally ill men. Homelessness should not be treated as a crime.

So a mentally ill homeless man was camping in the middle of nowhere where he was keeping to himself and bothering no one, and a bunch cops in commando gear with high caliber weapons decide to storm his camp for "illegal camping"? What's wrong with them? Why can't they just send a social worker to try to approach him as a human being first and see if they can get him to accept social services?
