@bsting601 Whether or not someone is charged and found guilty means nothing. It's extremely difficult to prove that kind of case in a court of law with the standards of evidence being so high. For everyday purposes, it's enough that multiple witnesses confirm that it's happening. That's a very odd thing for multiple people to simply lie about.

All that is required is circumstantial evidence that, when taken together, prove the claim beyond a reasonable doubt. You just don't want to accept it, and I don't understand why.
