  6. ​ @Joshua-fg8mz Tax assessments and market value assessments use very different criteria. Do you own a home? The market value for my home is about 120% of the tax assessed value. And as far as Mar-A-Lago is concerned, it is an operating business which generates income, thus increasing the market value over that of just real estate.
