@maybetomorrow3537 The evidence may be provided by anyone and then corroborated by another party. As far as evidence such as DNA, video, audio, an independent person with experience in those fields could authenticate it. The problem for Jack Smith and Biden is that it doesn't even matter if the alleged audio tape exists and is authentic, because it's irrelevant if he declassified the documents or not.

@kairidon3363 Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar a Lago for sexual advances on an underage girl. None of Epstein's victims ever implicated Trump in their testimony. Trump is a good guy, Biden is not.

@rorycannon7295 I'm sorry, but that's simply not true. People seeking asylum were permitted to wait in Mexico rather than be released into the county to roam free. This disincentived bogus asylum seekers and human traffickers.

The security and prosperity of American citizens are supposed to be the primary purposes of our government. Biden has opened the border, and the number of unlawful border crossings is the highest in history. The number of American citizens dying from fentanyl sourced from the border is the highest in history. Trump also had issues with the border initially, but he was eventually able to secure it through tough negotiatians and strong policy. Have you watched any of the Congressional hearings regarding the border? Please state specifically where you think I'm wrong?

@L._Diaz You mean separated from human traffickers and unvetted and potentially dangerous people posing as their parents? You guys really have absolutely no idea how dangerous and insecure the border is. Fourteen border patrol agents committed suicide last year, the highest in thirteen years.

@atg1338 He built a few hundred miles of wall, but Mexico didn't pay for it. But that's fine, I don't think Mexico should pay for our wall; but I do think Ukraine should pay for its own war.

@keith8624 Many of the people who accompanied the children were traffickers and people posing as their parents. Some US citizen parents are separated from their children every day when they begin serving jail sentences.

@atg1338 It was 400 miles of wall. They weren't repairs. There was a lot of existing barrier that he replaced, but that was just falling down chain link fence and vehicle only barriers (didn't stop or slow people from crossing). You all are very misinformed. You really should research and seek out objective facts and stop accepting the state controlled corporate media spin as fact. I don't think the media telling lies and intentionally spreading misinformation is funny, but it is dangerous. Do you think Operation Mockingbird is a "conspiracy theory" too?

@atg1338 What does that have to do with the border? As far as the documents case, I need more information. I know the DOJ/FBI have been after Trump for seven years, so I can't really blindly accept their allegations as objective truth. I would need to see what is revealed through discovery and cross examination. I have many questions. I admit it looks bad for him at this point, but of course a prosecutor is supposed to present their case in the worst light possible.

@MrLizardDude1 You know they listened to it for a fact? Grand jury transcripts are sealed. And so what if he really said it, it means absolutely nothing. You really need to try to understand the law surrounding this "prosecution." Having an audio tape doesn't prove he showed anyone, anything. And how do I know it's not a deep fake?
