The wall wasn't yet finished and and Biden stopped construction. Doesn't really matter to me who pays for it, since American citizens will benefit greatly from it. We spent $100 billion on Ukraine, why can't we spend $100 billion here at home to secure our own borders?

And then Biden told them to come on over and they'll get free medical, education, housing, and phones...that creates incentives. They were even wearing T-shirts which read "Thank you Biden."
