Unless the SCOTUS rules before primary certification, the SOS is ordered to put Trump's name on the ballot. This is an attempt by leftist judges to get some MAGA people to do something stupid so the media can say "look at the MAGA terrorists."

  18.  @mortelpaolo  The ruling is stayed until Jan 4th, and the stay will be extended indefinitely if the defendent appeals to the SCOTUS, which he is. Jan 5th is the day that the primary ballot is certified, therefore, he will be on the ballot. This is an attempt by the court to give the media something they can use to demoralize Trump voters and possibly cause someone to do something stupid.
