I read the indictment, and I agree that it's crafted to sound as bad as possible, but you're ignoring credible defenses to the charges because you lack objectivity. If Trump were a former VP or former SOS, it would be more applicable, but he's a former president, and as such, he enjoys privileges not available to other elected officials and unelected bureaucrats.

For every lawyer that says Trump is guilty, there is a lawyer who says Trump isn't guilty; that's why I want to hear your personal reasoning, because relying on the "experts" who agree with your bias isn't an argument. "I think Trump is guilty because Bill Barr and Jack Smith say so" is dangerous to a free society.
