  19.  @JimmyHossa  I admit he's likely guilty of misdemeanor falsification of business records, but a state DA is trying to bootstrap an expired misdemeanor to a federal felony, a charge for which he has no jurisdiction and for which the DOJ already declined to charge based on the fact that no crime had occurred. But you don't know any of this because you watch the MSM and let it wash all over you like cheap cologne.
