@TheJonnyzeus Tariffs decreased prices because it increased the value of the dollar, thereby causing prices for all goods to fall. Yes, tariffs decreasing prices is counter-intuive, but that's what happened, and that shows why Trump understands how things work in the real world as opposed to the theoretical world of academia. This is why I'm voting for Trump.

@niceshirt91281 Prices went down because the value of the dollar went up. The value of the dollar went up because China put downward pressure on their currency to make the tariffs cheaper. This caused the price of all goods to fall for Americans. The data is available to anyone who cares about the truth. Trump understands how things work in the real world.

@user-je4vd9sp5d Not technically convicted until the judge enters the verdict on the "judgment of conviction" document at sentencing. The verdict can still be vacated or set aside before sentencing, and that might happen given the SCOTUS' ruling.
