@RichardQuaid Well, for one thing, we all know it's lawfare. And secondly, a person is not a convicted felon until sentencing. If you don't believe me, look up what a "judgement of conviction" document is.

@littlebob1261 There was zero evidence other than testimony from the alleged victim, and she contradicted her own testimony. Any objective person knows the story doesn't ring true. The judgement has been appealed, so he doesn't owe anything at the moment. Is that better?
