@KurtQuad They win, or do they plead out the cases? When you threaten to bankrupt a person, they usually take a plea deal. It's a bit more difficult to bankrupt Trump. This is lawfare, and everyone knows it.

@KurtQuad It's so easy to get an indictment on anyone that prosecutors are made fun of by their colleagues if they fail to get one. The prosecution is permitted to present evidence to a grand jury without any defense, and they are permitted to exclude evidence which exculpates the suspect. So, an indictment means absolutely nothing.
