  2.  @bowieupland6112  You mean who ARE the central bankers, they exist in the present, unfortunately. The central bankers really began with the Rothschild family, and they incorporated other Jewish bankers into their fold. Families like the Schiffs, the Warburgs, etc. They own the federal reserve, and every other central bank. China and Russia's included. I would look into the Rothschilds, will be enlightening.
