  2. The Fed CAN'T go broke. It has no constraints. The only constraints could be all the other central banks working in unison to cut it out of the world economy. But they will never do that, it doesn't serve their interests.

I like Mark's work, he is right very often, but he is wrong here. A lot of people don't understand how the Fed works, in reality. If they did they would know that the debt is moot. It is nonsense. Can you be in debt to yourself? Especially when you control the money supply and can arbitrarily set it's value and it is a fiat currency? The fed COULD have gone bust under the gold standard. Under the fiat system they cannot go broke. They have no constraints.
