Yes, anyone who looks at the charts for any period of time can see how rigged it is. Just the rise and fall of prices being so in sync on the graph tells you it is controlled.

Property taxes need to be abolished. Property taxes means you don't own your property. You are just renting from the government.

@thomasboutin6045 The Philippines has it's own problems. You might be safer until you aren't. I've seen some nasty murders in the PI. The PI has a lot of good points tho.
