Juries can be awful. I was on one where it was a criminal case and similarly the other jurors didn't even want to consider the evidence, they literally said things like "The police arrested him right? He's probably guilty, lets just convict him so I can go home and have dinner." "I can't be here! I can't be here!" while furiously pacing around the room. These people were awful, I was the only honest juror there. Since then, I have been terrified at the prospect of be judged by a jury of my "peers".
