  2. No, the FBI robbed that vault. They didn't have permission from the judge to open the safety deposit boxes in that vault. They took people's money and property under civil asset forfeiture laws, which is a fancy way of saying "armed robbery". They took these people's stuff to line their own wallets, as corrupt as it gets. They had to give it all back. Civil asset forfeiture needs to be abolished, yesterday.
