  1. Cinemark should be punished, even if it is only 2 oz. If you don't stop it in the beginning it just gets bigger and worse. They shouldn't be able to lie in any way about what they are offering for sale. I actually commend the guy for filing the lawsuit, even if he is probably just looking for an easy pay day.
