  1. You don't need to refill hydrogen vehicles. You just have to split H2O via electrolysis. Pretty much free hydrogen. They have made vehicles like this in Japan, and other places. Toyota didn't make a hydrogen vehicle that uses water as fuel because the governments of the world won't have that. They can't have the plebs having virtually zero cost fuel, and paying zero taxes on it. It's the bankers too, but they are practically government franchises at this point.
