I worked in factories and the US military, and women got paid the same as we men, but they did all the easy, soft, safe, jobs and men did all the heavy lifting, dangerous, dirty difficult work. Same work for same pay? HA! AS IF! They can't do what I can do, for as long, without breaking.

@Recoveringred not the factories I worked in, inspection was all female. If it required lifting, dangerous machines, chrome plating, or wearing oil and compounds for your entire shift, it was only men doing it. the females got the soft easy safe jobs, men did all the hard stuff, we all got paid the same.

@jaybee6505 waht is the PT test for females vs what is the PT test for males, in any branch. I was USAF, our PT was probably the easiest, it was like a brief warm up to me. Females always got a pass, when they screwed up, they got moved to a place where they wouldn't cause damage. Men got kicked out when they screwed up. Doing the 11b thing, yeah females simply cannot do it. You would end up carrying everything for her, and keeping her from screwing up, to your detriment.

@alinagape I loaded cargo planes in MAC/MAC, ramp, fleet, etc. You rarely saw females working ramp, because you can't get enough of them behind a 463L pallet to move it.
