The US Constitution is the only document man ever wrote that asserted God given individual rights, explicitly listed the government's powers, limiting those powers and reserving all powers not listed to the states..The US Constitution is brilliant over all else because it is a document that takes into consideration man's fickle nature and chains him to law.
