@shanecollie5177 no it doesn't it protects workers from getting screwed over when workers can negotiate as a group they're strong when they individuals they're in a weaker position and that's exactly how National and ACT want it. That was the same reason national brought in the employment contracts act in 1991 it was to screw over workers. I remember Bill English on TV saying New Zealand was a low wage economy like it was a good thing. Australia never tried to screw over their workers and they're in a far better position than New Zealand and that's why so many New Zealanders move over there.

The only thing this government is going to deliver on is taking care of the top 10% of society like every National government. Immigrants are going to continue to pour in the shortage of housing will remain resulting in increased house prices and rents.
