  1. UHG CEO for 2023 made $23,534,936 a year. They had 440k employees that year. Divide his salary amongst the employees and they make an additional $53.50 a year. Or on the costs side...they spent $265 billion in 2023, so if all of his salary went to costs, they would have spent $265.026 billion. Which is not much more.
