I would ask, do chickens want to survive as a species, or be completely wiped out? As that's what would happen if they weren't reared as food.

@kizwiz6 Hmm, nice figure. Seems to say less than 10% so, that's pretty loosey goosey. Also, I imagine pouring insecticides across large expanses of land has the greatest effect on those figures. And that's not going to change if everyone starts eating the thing they pour it on. I'd start there before we start deconstructing global supply chains willy nilly. Funny that the media is all but quite on the actual issue.
