Well, she's not the first black person, and in her own words, she can't be described as a woman. So, kinda moot
24
She just happens to be black, which is lucky, as this was only open to a black woman.
7
@callum6486 it really is literally her job to
6
@callmesoul1468 given she can't define what a woman is, it's ironically hilarious.
5
@philtact4154 intellectuals definitely do think about those things.
5
Her?
3
Well, she's already said she won't serve 51% of the American population, as she can't actually define what they are. So
3
Literally no, that isn't what a judge is. And what exactly is this "morality" "she" Is going to be representing? Comic pin gbal ls?
2
@pit208 that's your counter analogy?
2
@Amy Wade I'm actually quite interested in 'castratos' coming back. Obviously, castrating chi l dren is something you are interested in, and I must say, if this outdated practise was to return, at least we might have some good singers produced. Looking at the positive of castrating chil d ren. But then I'm an artist, and we aren't known for our moral takes. But logically and scientifically, you can't change sex.

@garethhanby what trap is there?
1
@coded321 also, not a lawyer. like saying the president is a congress person
1
@coded321 lol shes literally now one of the most powerful people in the world. Shes a permanent member of one of the three estates, of the leader, of the free world. And she doesnt know what 51% of the planet are. Mark my words, no good will come from this. This level of Managerial elit ist d e E p s tA te weirdness , is just unprecedented in my time. its crazy man
1
@coded321 that was political overture not seen since the golden age of the polit bureau
1
@Amy Wade an actual biologist, nobel prize no less. I'm rather less hard line than biologists https://youtu.be/LGR_pNAdGqM
1
@coded321 seems she answered exactly how they wanted her to. Pretty much walked into it, as it means she doesn't hold human natural rights, and protected characteristics, in the same way as common law. Which she is now the defacto protector of. You're a bit lost aren't you lol
1
@therealhousewifeofballtown seriously? Have you seen their records?
1
Obviously, downs people are not to be considered not male or female because they are missing some chromosomes (And they aren't mules. Mules, using common parlance, are obviously not to be considered). It's up to you really. We know all this. I'm also fine with people changing sex. But that should preclude removal of all sex organs of the sex they intend to leave.
1
@FruitlessRoaster the scientific community have clearly defined what a woman is though? You may have some gender study types who don't, but 99.99% of the medical and biologist community, can and do.
1
@FruitlessRoaster what she is saying, is she can't pass laws for 51% of americans, because she can't define what they are. Which as supreme court judge, legally, the buck stops with her. And scientific laws are not our laws.
1
@eu.stacio how many cases do you think she's going to be presented that don't concern women, in some capacity? Seriously, I'm confused at your line of reasoning.
1
@FruitlessRoaster because she can't define what a woman is. If she cant define what more than half the voting population are, it's quite troubling for democracy. And profoundly worrisome for women's rights. Not to mention the fact she was the go to judge in the comic pin g p ong case. Which kind of shows you who she is owned by. You're blinded by the usual.
1
@FruitlessRoaster It is literally her place to officially comment on it, as she is the person that literally makes the law concerning the category "woman", which she can't define. Now, you could say, she's not a biologist, but she is an expert in law. And the legal definition of woman, is a thing. But she refused to answer something that should be totally in her wheelhouse. Her refusal to answer speaks volumes.
1
@FruitlessRoaster the fact she couldn't say if babies were racist, or not, also speaks volumes. I guess admission by omission, isn't something you've really thought about. I'm merely pointing out that someone who believes woman is a category that includes men, and that babies are racist, might not be someone you would want defining legal code for twenty plus years. But who cares, all of the crazies are making the normies notice. Won't be long now.
1
@eu.stacio really, so gender is the little loop hole you are going to use in this legal frame work? When we all know that sex is the legal definition used in female spaces, not gender. It's these slippery sleight of hand that everyone is tired of. I think you guys are just about running out of rope.
1
@eu.stacio no again, I imagine most cases she comes across will involve females. Given that she thinks males and females are the same, that means she's in no position to preside over cases that involve protected characteristics, as she literally doesn't believe those characteristics are protected. You may lol at these things, but it's a profound shift in human rights, opening up the notion tjat human rights don't exist. This is legal exception, this is opening a place for homo sacre, as per Nazi ideology. You really have no inkling of the legal consequences of what you are saying.
1
@Amy Wade also, note that I can't see your comment. The fact they have drawn a line between our comments, so you probably can't see mine, and I can't see yours, except (for now) in notifications, is quite telling.
1
@oasis67 o, I'm not mad. This is a total win. Everyday, the normies are waking up to your lunacy, and once they reach critical mass, none of you will be of concern anymore ;) stay mad, please
1
Let's face it, if jesse smollet, was just confirmed for this role, most of the comments here would be exactly the same. We just have face facts, and accept, most of them are lost to any semblance of reality.
1
@Amy Wade I hope you laughed heartily:D in this world, it's really the only course of action
1
@pit208 I mean, if this woman is the mirror image, politically, of manson, you are kind of making my point for me
1
@Amy Wade a woman is an adult hu man female. A female is someone with xx chromosomes. There are some chromosomal disorders, we generally let some chromosomal disorders slide, as they are insignificant.
1
@temet nosce that's a nice saying. It's a bit like, when you're told everyday you're oppressed, equality feels like oppression. Hmm what sagely advice, at least I was innovative enough to create my own.
1
@coded321 She was under oath.
