It's quite simple. HR is populated by certain types, they are empowered to hire certain types, rather than on merit. Certain types populate the marketing division. They then produce an advert for themselves - because that's what HR hired them for. The market isn't populated by certain types, it's literally everyone else. Company implodes

@Nobody-tk6fz exactly. HR is woke, they hire woke marketers, they make woke adverts for the 2% of woke people. Who mostly sit in their mom's basements dying their hair blue. But you can't tell them no, because you'll get fired. It's all very predictable.
