In general, and even more in case of war, the most important is to deliver the needed hardware according to goals, not according to the diplomatic weather or out of frustration. If a few F-16 more to combine with the existing army give much better chances of successful missions and dramatically reduce the waste of tanks and lives, then this is what must be done. I would disconnect its power source so it couldn't be used to locate me, and then I would try to put it to good use.

  3. 1:43 Don't laugh too hard: it can work to some extent. There are frustrated renegades in all institutions. Most likely, they are trying to recruit instructors to learn and anticipate the tactics taught to Ukrainians and to get better indications for the use of stolen weapons. But there is a fatal flaw in this: they will probably get more professional spies and saboteurs than real supporters from the USA.
