More seriously, they seems to ignore that military observation systems can operate in a wide range of frequencies, so there is no fucking way the spectrum analysis don't make the difference between painting and metal. I can't believe that a nation with so many scientific geniuses continues to fool around like this. It looks more like an insult to human intelligence than a real strategy or tactic.
