  3.  @bonkersdonkers7381  Kamala won Illinois but not nearly by as much as Biden did in 2020. California was closer too. Manhattan, NY of course still voted like 85% for Kamala, though Queens was more like 65%, an improvement from 2020.

  4.  @heatherhall7899  Yep, thing is though Harris was the worst presidential candidate in history so if the Dems improve on that in 2028 it's going to be tough to flip it. Right now though they don't have anyone who can win a national election.

  7.  @heatherhall7899  Not familiar with Laura Kelly or Beshear, but I do know Shapiro and he would NOT make a good president. In May 2020, when roughly one-third of all Pennsylvania businesses were closed due to the state's heavy-handed COVID restrictions, Shapiro, then the state's attorney general encouraged residents to rat out their neighbors for breaking the rules.:face-orange-raised-eyebrow:

  9.  @heatherhall7899  I just now listened to John Fetterman not only speaking coherently but making sense, he has no problem with Trump's team's plan to eliminate wasteful spending. He may well be the Democrats' best candidate in 2028.

  10.  @heatherhall7899  His recovery from his stroke has been amazing. Watching his debate with Dr. Oz ( "Hi, goodnight everybody" ) I thought he wouldn't make it through his term if he wins, he was pretty incoherent. It's not complete though, he voted for Kamala, but honestly he makes more sense now than any of the other Democrats.
