  1. Elections should be decided on election day, not days or weeks after, still counting mail-in ballots that should have been received by at least the day before and counted by the end of election day. And there shouldn't be any mail-in ballots that haven't been requested by voters with a valid excuse for not voting in person. There shouldn't be a huge number of absentee ballots. If we don't get this straightened out we can kiss our constitutional republic goodbye.
