or a reversal of the current culture wherein investors and CEOs get paid insane amounts whilst laying off workers left and right, to the overall detriment of their companies. the problem is wealth concentration at the top by poor management.

@andrecruz1965 the problem, again, is wealth concentration, a ruined housing market and lack of salary increases. ceos and managers are paid record high whilst workers in contrast are paid a fraction. the "jobs" that immigrants take "because younger people wont" are jobs with low salaries and horrid working conditions. we need less people, because the people need the ability to leverage their numbers for better working conditions.
