The UNSC censors member states not random militia groups, as there was no UNSC Resolutions condemning Israel until it became a member state, so there will be no UNSC Resolutions condemning Palestinians until Palestine becomes a member state. Gilad Erdan knows this but prefers to grandstand like his boss Netanyahu and display irrelevant gestures in UNSC meetings that impress no one.
