The only party that has complied with their commitments under the JCPOA are the Iranians, the US walked away from it because they argue it is a non-binding agreement, not a treaty The Europeans will not abide by it because they will not fully challenge and defy the US reenactment of sanctions, what obligation does Iran have to an agreement that no other party to the JCPOA wishes to honor?
