The JCPOA is an agreement not a treaty, an agreement that gives Iran the right to enrich, it is the US and the European,s that have violated the JCPOA giving Iran rights to suspend its obligations under the agreement. The US banned the export of Iranian enriched Uranium creating the current issue. Iran should leave JCPOA and NPT with notice as provided in the NPT agreement. Then announce it could come back if all signatories abide by the JCPOA agreement fully.
