  5.  @johnmartin7158  Ah the joys of a motorcycle on the highway, in my youth I used to cover that route from Auckland to Tauranga pretty much every week during the summer, stay at my sisters in Papamoa beach and back to Auckland on Sunday night to start work Monday morning, Had a Norton 88 in those days.   14.  @johnmartin7158  Sounds like you are enjoying your mature age reality, John, I am retired @74 yrs, my bike a '96 T-bird which has taken me all over Australia is currently undergoing its 22nd yr rebuild, here in Brisbane Qld, so lots of mechanical bits and pieces hanging about in the shed needing my attention, keeps me interested and out of trouble with sufficient free time to follow my other passion, winning yacht races, loosing them, not so much. lol. Ken.
